"The Closet Overhaul

When I look back on my 2007 accomplishments, near the top of the list will be hiring Seemless Clothing Consulting. I was a classic example of someone who had a bulging closet and felt as if she had nothing to wear. Seemless purged the closet of dated, ill-fitting and unflattering shoes, accessories and clothing and ended up bringing 20 bags or so to a women's shelter. (I've been married 20 years and I had clothing in that closet that I wore when I was dating my husband! I held on to things way too long and welcomed Seemless's objective eye.) I cannot recommend shopping with Seemless enough! It was a wonderful experience. We hit five stores in three and a half hours and in each place many outfits were waiting for me to try on. She had spent the previous day selecting coats, jackets, slacks, shoes and even jewelry that she thought would look great on me. I get paralysis of analysis when I shop alone so this experience was eye-opening. Virtually everything she selected was flattering and contemporary but not trendy. I went home with the perfect winter coat, stunning black heels, flattering jeans, classic black slacks that made me look 10 pounds thinner and the ideal white fitted shirt. I also went home with five very reasonably priced and unique necklaces and an assortment of sweaters and tops I wouldn't have picked out for myself (many were on sale, too). We even had use of the Macy's By Appointment private dressing room and cashier.

Every cent I spent on Seemless Clothing Consulting I'll get back because I won't be making fashion mistakes from now on. I feel 10 years younger and so much more confident wearing the beautiful pieces I've added to my wardrobe. Plus they all work well with what I already owned since Seemless had a mental inventory of my closet. I had fallen into a fashion rut and was wearing tailored, conservative clothing with little pizzazz. Now I feel stylish and sometimes I actually think, "I look hot in this!" when I'm wearing an Seemless selection that I would never have chosen for myself.
